At Edgewood we celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of each month. Preparation for communion is simple. Purchase the grape juice and bread – cut up the bread, and then on Saturday night/Sunday morning, fill the cups with juice and put the bread on the plates. We ask that you prepare for all three services on your Saturday/Sunday and then after the second service on Sundays, it’s cleanup time and take the linens home for laundering. It’s a way of serving each other as we honor the Lord. You will probably only be assigned one Saturday/Sunday every 4-6 months.
