FM has two major components: a high-energy, multi-media, monthly, family event and a pack of resources sent home after each monthly event filled with practical tools for parents to use in teaching and training their own children about faith in Christ.
Each month, the 45-minute family event and resource pack revolve around a godly virtue. The monthly event includes drama, singing, storytelling, and multi-media which introduces, explains and models the godly virtue. After the show, parents receive the virtue pack which includes morning cards, mealtime discussion cards, a CD with songs and advice, and bedtime stories – all of which are centered on the same godly virtue. These tools help parents build faith into their everyday talk and activities.
FM meets on the first Monday of each month – October thru May – 6:30-7:30 pm at Edgewood.
