GroupLink is a quick and fun way to find a life group to participate in at Edgewood. Everyone coming to GroupLink has the same purpose – to find a group! (If you are already in a life group, it is not necessary to attend GroupLink).
When and where does GroupLink take place?
GroupLink is held in September each year in the large group room of the education wing right at Edgewood.
What will happen at GroupLink?
We’ll start with some tasty refreshments in a relaxed atmosphere. At the start you will be guided through a simple activity that will help you get to know some of the others attending GroupLink. Life Groups will then be explained and you will learn what groups are available through Edgewood. By the end of the night you will connect with others to start meeting together as a group. We think you’ll be surprised by how easy and natural it will be to form a group!
How do I sign up to participate?
For two to three weekends leading up to GroupLink there will be signup sheets in the bulletin. Simply fill in the sheet and place it inside the Friendship Register folder as it is passed. You can always bring or mail it in to the church office as well.
Do I need to bring anything with me to GroupLink?
Just bring your natural friendliness and an eagerness to join a group. You may want to check your calendar ahead of time to see what nights/times of the week work well for you to meet for Life Group.
What if I miss GroupLink? How do I join a group then?
Just contact Pastor Mike Giebink. He will work with you to find a group that fits you!
