These two ministries continue to be places where students feel comfortable inviting their friends to come and be a part of the fun and learning. Many students are being exposed to a relationship with Jesus Christ for the first time and students who are already Christians are being challenged to grow in their faithfulness to Jesus Christ.
HighLife is a ministry of high school students. These students have stepped up to the challenge to help lead in very important ways. There is a student led worship team leading in singing praise songs each week. There is also an emphasis in getting students involved in mentoring relationships with caring adults. (See “Teen Mentor Groups”)
Highlights of the past year include the EFCA student conference in Green Bay, a mission trip to Mississippi, a spring retreat at the Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, camping in Upper Michigan, hosting a rock concert and many memorable moments at our weekly meetings.
